Several times throughout the year we are blessed to have a local artist share the how-to of many art forms from origami to book binding. Other activities from candy making to creating gingerbread houses are always lots of fun.

Volunteer Opportunitiesmarjorie cards

Volunteer opportunities are a very important part of Body & Soul. We have so much to give at any age but for the senior adult it is even more important. Finding ways to give of ourselves is enjoyable and fills that void when we think we are no longer needed the way we use to be. Sending cards to the military, working at Samaritans purse, creating gift bags for local nursing homes are just a few of the ways we have served. Being with our friends as we serve others is a very gratifying part of the Body & Soul experience.
