Balance class

sandra pIn July Body & Soul introduced a new balance program. Participants experienced balance testing prior to the beginning of classes and after completion of the course. Small groups worked with instructors on balance activity games and strength training. Everyone who participated gained awareness and Ā confidence through this course. A big thank you to Sarah and Cheyenne for all the work they put into developing and implementing this awardGordon Stones
